This includes hard drive smart monitoring and integrity checks, antivirus signature definition updates, detection and removal of malware, housekeeping and removal of temporary data clutter, and service pack installations.
Network Device Monitoring allows us to SNMP monitor your Routers, Firewalls, Switches and VPN tunnels for uptime, data-flow, performance issues, security breaches, and device failure.
Remote Access and Support allows us to respond quickly to problems by accessing your network from anywhere, eliminating the delay of waiting for a technician to travel to your site.
Virus & Malware Removal allows us to keep your computer network clean and running at its fastest. We use industry leading SonicWall security appliances, the smartest antivirus software available, and the most stringent firewall configurations to protect your network from the latest security threats.
Email – Microsoft Office365 & Hosted Exchange allows us to equip each of your team members with the ability to not only send and receive email from any capable Workstation, Smartphone, Laptop or Tablet but also the ability to sync and share their Mailbox, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks across all of their devices and with any of their team members. In addition, this solution is cloud-based so there’s virtually no downtime. Mailbox sizes and features can be adjusted according to your needs.
Cloud Backup & Data Protection for Disaster Recovery allows us to safely store an encrypted copy of your company’s data locally and offsite in the cloud. In the event that your company data is accidentally deleted, it can be restored immediately, bringing you back to normal operations. Should a Server failure occur we will have a copy of your critical company data to restore once the Server is repaired or replaced.
1-Hour Response Time during business hours allows you peace of mind, knowing that we care about, and are always ready to assist your team.
Onsite Support allows us to provide you with a second layer of support. Should our staff be unable to resolve a technical issue remotely, or if a hardware component requires replacement, we will come to you with a smile to resolve the issue.
Site Documentation allows us to keep track of the blueprints or “the keys” to your network. Documentation is a critical component to every network. We will document your entire site and provide you with a copy for your records. Examples of this: Network Passwords, Custom Server, PC and Network configurations, ISP information, Proprietary Application configurations, Modem and Router configurations, User Access permissions, Group Membership, Email configurations, Backup configurations, etc…
